StyleCraze recommends even using hair masks since avocados have a lot of Vitamin E, which may promote continued hair growth. Not only that, but Vitamin E goes the extra mile, protecting your skin and scalp against the kind of damage and stress that can result in having fewer hair follicles and a lower quality of hair in general.
