A simple way that you can boost your energy levels is by cutting back on caffeine and eating low sugar foods which will release energy slowly.  This will help you sustain productivity levels and sustain your energy levels while keeping your stress low.

When you have a quick face to face conversation with colleagues, you will often be able to solve the issues that you have and develop a better rapport with them.  Containing your emotions in a very stressful situation is detrimental to your health. This is why you need to take the time to have a proper discussion with those around you and you will find that your performance at work and your wellbeing will improve.

You can create a reliable support network for times of anxiety and stress at work by building and maintaining a relationship with your colleagues.  When you work with people you trust and know you can rely on, you will boost your motivation and your job satisfaction.  This is a key component to workplace resilience and will help you lower the levels of anxiety and stress that you face. Take Time To Unwind

At the end of the workday, we are finding it much harder to switch off because of the use of mobile technology.  There is always the temptation of looking at an email late at night or on the weekends and this will make it more likely for you to worry than relax.  You will also make it harder to separate your work mindset from your home time.

When showcasing your abilities to potential employers, you will want to show that you can manage pressure and set priorities.  However, saying yes to every request and taking on more work than you can reasonably handle will do more harm than any good. You need to be assertive to reduce the chance of an over-burdening workload and the pressure of meeting unrealistic targets. Knowing your own abilities will help you perform to the best of your abilities and prevent exhaustion and burnout in the long-term.
