Business referrals are considered to be your most valuable sales tool. Not only are customer referrals valuable sales tools, but they can also be used as a cost effective way to market and grow your business.

In fact, the majority of small business owners that I know personally have grown their businesses immensely by way of customer referrals. Quite frankly, if a client is happy with your product or services, they will be more than happy to refer new business to you.

What are Rewards and Incentives?

Rewards and incentives are things that you can give to your customers to motivate them to continue to use your products or services.

I love what you said about growing your business immensely by implementing an incentive program. When looking to boost the productivity of your employees, it’s a great idea to use prizes and other things as motivation. If I were to own a sales-based business, I would make sure to contact a company that could incentivize my employees’ work.
