Four Types of Custom Business Signs for Your Company

If you are a new business owner, one of the first things you’ll want to do is garner attention to your business. After all, it’s how you will make your money. Getting a potential client’s attention may not always be easy, however. Mail flyers may get tossed, marketing emails sent to the junk folder, and phone calls and text messages left unanswered. One of the best ways to reel in clients, however, are through custom business signs. Whether it is a pylon sign, a banner or something else, here are four types of custom business signs for your company.

1. Pylon Signs

Pylon signs are some of the most common forms of signs out there, and perhaps the most effective. This is largely in part because of how big they are. These signs are most commonly made with an aluminium or steel frame with a rigid or flexible face. The good thing about these signs, aside from the fact that they are large, is that they can display your business name on both sides, oftentimes even illuminated or backlit with LED or fluorescent lamps. A pylon sign is a great way to get attention especially when placed near busy streets where any passerby will be able to take a glance at it.

2. Banners

Banners are a great way for a business to promote a sale or announce their opening. They come in all types of shapes and sizes and can even be used for just about any occasion. Best of all, they are extremely versatile and can be hung up across the front of your business, across a road or parking lot, or as a way to direct local traffic toward your business or event. Regardless of where you put your banner, you can rest assured you will get the clients you want.

3. Awnings

If you are looking for a unique custom business sign, an awning might be a great way to do so. Awnings not only add a bit of décor to your storefront, but they provide a way for you to market your business. Another great benefit to awnings is the fact that they can also provide your customers with coverage from natural elements such as rain or snow. They can even give your clients some much needed relief from the hot sun during a particularly warm summer day.

4. Interior Signs

Interior signs are also a good way to get your business name out there. These can be customized to match the inside aesthetic of your store or restaurant and can provide a nice visual element for customers. In fact, some customers may even be keen on taking a photo or two in front of your sign if it is appealing enough! If you use interior signs, be sure to be consistent with how they look so they match your business and so people are able to recognize your branding no matter where they are.
