I had no idea that you did not need to purchase any hardware to run a VoIP system for your office. My brother recently started his own business that specializes in building custom phone cases for his customers. He may benefit from utilizing a VoIP system so that he can save money on his phone bill every month.

Thanks for pointing out that one of the benefits of a VoIP phone system is that you do not have to purchase any expensive hardware to run your phone system. I think that that would make it so that VoIP would be an especially great option for small businesses because it wouldn’t be too expensive. I also think that it would be nice because you wouldn’t have to train your employees on how to work with new complicated hardware which would be nice.

I loved how you said that it can reduce your phone bill drastically. My brother was at my house for dinner last night, and he was telling me about how he needs to find a phone system for his office and was wondering what type would be best to choose. I’ll make sure to pass this information along to him so that he can know the benefits of having a VoIP phone system!
