The growth of Akfa

Following the success of the Akfa Medline Hospital and the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Akfa group took on a new project. In 2019, they launched Akfa University, the first private education institution in Uzbekistan. Islomjon was appointed as the Financial Project Manager for the establishment of this project. With his experience in the construction of the Akfa Medline Hospital, he used his knowledge to take an active role in the construction of the university and tenders.

Despite the difficulties at the time due to the pandemic, Islomjon traveled to South Korea, the USA and Germany to build partnerships and relations with foreign universities. With his hard-working attitude and enthusiasm, he reached an agreement with a top Korean university to transfer the curriculum and syllabus to help build out the education of the institution. During his travels, he further attracted professors from South Korea to come to Uzbekistan and teach at the university.

Kobiljonov Islomjon made a significant impact on the university today. His work supported the creation of the campus and all the necessary facilities. He was part of the initial team that laid the foundations and set up the institution to take on students for the future success of their education. His efforts and significant contributions to the country earned him the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan award.

Today, Kobiljonov Islomjon is still heavily involved in education as the First Deputy President of Tashkent Metropolitan. His career so far has made waves in Uzbekistan, and he’s sure to continue with his efforts and dedication to the country’s development.
