Great post Kim! Although I think it should be noted to your readers that half the companies mentioned are owned by the same company – J2 Global. Worth adding to the list in my opinion is Foiply. Very reliable, secure, and good pricing 🙂

Good choice of fax providers, I tried some of them. I am missing WiseFax on the list. It is available as Android, iOS, Mac and Windows app, and as Google docs and Windows Edge extension. It is a pay-as-you-go service and you don’t have to subscribe to it. I find this service very easy to use and it also allows you to edit document before faxing (fill it in by inserting text, add signature etc.).
