When most of us think of CBD, our mind goes to Cannabis. The green plant that people like to smoke to get blazed.
But today, I want to go over some of the different ways to take CBD.
If you’re choosing to take this drug, you should do it in the way that suits you best.
The cheapest and most common way to take CBD is to use CBD oil. You can create this oil yourself by extracting it from the Cannabis plant. How do you do this? I have no idea.
CBD is great because you have total control over the quantity you take, and you can drink it directly, or mix it in with something else.
In fact, all of the other things on this list have CBD in them because they contain CBD oil. But if you don’t want any of the extra bells and whistles and just want something that gets the job done, CBD oil is the way to go.
Pills, Tablets, and Gummies
If you want to go down a slightly more pharmaceutical route, you could opt for pills, tablets, or gummies. All of these combine CBD oil with other ingredients. These ingredients could just be to give a bit of flavour, or they could be to introduce other benefits.
By taking CBD in these forms, you are giving control of quantity over to the manufacturers. This might work for people who like things to run quickly and smoothly, but maybe not so good for people who need to be careful about what they put into their body.
At the end of a stressful day, the two best ways to deal with it are to have a cup of tea and have a joint. But what if you could combine the two?
Some teas have had CBD added into them, giving you the benefits of both. If you’re having problems that CBD can help with, but you also like to relax with a hot drink in the evenings, you can have a cup of CBD tea.
This could be a tea that tastes like Cannabis. Or just regular tea which has had some CBD oil added to it.
Smoking is awful for your health. It causes your lungs to become black and covered in tar.
Which is why many are instead choosing to go for vaping instead. One of the thousands of oils that you can find is CBD. Of course, with the absence of THC, you won’t be getting high. But I suppose, if you want to feel like you’re smoking a blunt, without any of the nasty effects, vaping with CBD oil is a good way of doing it.
Just make sure you do this one when you’re outside.
And finally, we have food.
If we don’t eat, we’ll die.
So it makes sense therefore that you should be able to kill these two birds with one stone. By adding CBD oil to your cooking, you can enjoy your favourite meals, whilst still having all the benefits that CBD provides for you.
If used in small amounts, you won’t even be able to taste it, meaning you can put it in both your dinner and your pudding. But if you share a fridge, try and remember which food is yours, you don’t want to be giving CBD to your housemate.
Although taking CBD oil directly is the quickest, easiest, and most popular method of consuming it, it’s far from the only one.
You can also take it in some sort of pill form, drink it in a tea, vape it, or eat it in your dinner. You need to do whatever works best for you.
